Terms of Service

Creator Fields is a digital service operated by Dirtyhands. Creators publish a public page called a creator star. Fans can submit messages, songs, images and videos called signals. These product terms are symbolic and do not represent astronomical objects, financial products, crypto assets, securities or ownership rights.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Creator Fields. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18+ and that the information you provide is accurate.

Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Creators and fans

Creators are responsible for their profile, links, and public content. Fans are responsible for the signals and media they submit. We may review, hide, or remove content that is abusive, illegal, misleading, spammy, infringing, or unsafe.

Your content and license

You keep ownership of the content you submit (signals, messages, media links, profile details). To run the service, you grant Dirtyhands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within Creator Fields and in related previews (for example share cards). You confirm you have the rights to anything you submit.

Marketing and affiliate emails

Fans may optionally consent to promotional and affiliate email. When creator updates are enabled, Creator Fields sends them without giving creators access to fan email addresses. Creators must disclose affiliate relationships and must not submit unlawful or deceptive content. Fans can unsubscribe at any time.

Creator subscription and payments

A new creator star starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued creator access costs EUR 1 per month or EUR 10 per year. Payments are processed by Paddle under its checkout terms. The current price is shown before you pay.

If creator access ends, the star becomes read-only. Fans can view existing public content, but new signals are turned off until the creator reactivates access. Paused creator stars stay recoverable for 90 days before they may be removed.

Prohibited use

Do not use Creator Fields for illegal activity, harassment, spam, scraping, security attacks, impersonation, or to upload content you do not have the right to share.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts, pause creator tools, or remove content that violates these terms or the law, or to protect users and the service. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirtyhands is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
