Refund Policy

Creator Fields is a digital subscription service operated by Dirtyhands. This policy explains when refunds are available for our Creator Star subscription (7 days free, then EUR 1 per month or EUR 10 per year) and how to request one.

Statutory cancellation rights

Consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel an online service contract within 14 days of the contract date. If you asked us to start the service during that period, applicable law may allow a deduction for service already supplied. Email support@creatorfields.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Subscription renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except where required by law.

Discretionary refunds

Outside the cases above, refunds are granted at our discretion. Examples include duplicate charges, service outages that materially prevented use, or accidental purchases reported promptly. Contact support@creatorfields.com with your account email and the order/transaction ID and we will review within 5 business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued by our payment processor (Paddle) to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are usually able to resolve billing issues directly and faster than the chargeback process.
