Billing details
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new creator star starts with a 7-day trial. Choose a monthly or yearly plan before it ends to keep accepting new signals.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from creator settings. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the star becomes read-only until you reactivate it.
What about refunds?
Contact support@creatorfields.com from the account email within 14 days of the charge. Eligibility depends on the refund policy and applicable law.
Why is the yearly plan cheaper?
€10 a year is the same creator star at the price of ten months. It renews yearly and can be canceled from creator settings.
Is there a signal limit?
There is no total signal limit while creator access is active. Each fan can have one signal per creator at a time.
What happens if I do not pay after the trial?
The star stays visible, but new fan signals turn off. Paused creator stars stay recoverable for 90 days before they may be removed.
